I was 17 at the time when I got caught shoplifting at a Sears (trust me, I learned my lesson). I wasn't arrested, but I had to go to court where I pleaded no contest and simply paid a fee. This was more than 12 years ago, and it didn't even cross my mind to include it in the Global Entry application. Will this show up on my record? Should I bring it up in the interview? It was in Texas, so I guess I would be "charged" as an adult? Or am I overthinking it? My parents handled it at the time since I was still in high school, so I don't have any court papers detailing that. I don't even remember if I was fingerprinted in court.
