Hi, i am about to travel internationally for the first time, the furthest i've travelled before this was an 8 hour drive and I am hoping for some tips to make sure I dont forget anything important

Hi all I hope this is an ok place for this, I am about to be traveling around southeast Asia(Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand, and Bali), Australia, and new Zealand for about 2 1/2 months starting January 24-april. I've never flown or traveled outside of the US and I am not sure what all I should bring. I've got plenty of clothes and most of our Airbnbs have washer/dryer. We have visas for all the countries.

toiletries I've got are toothbrush, toothpaste, Listerine, deodorant, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, first aid kit, Pepto, and tums.

My travel partner has 2 unlocked phones, we've got chargers and a set of multiple types of adapters

I don't have any medications I'm on and won't be bringing any electronics aside from my cell phone.

I have 2 companies I'm considering for travel insurance but I wasn't sure what a reasonable price/coverage is seeing as I've never traveled before.

Any suggestions or tips are appreciated as well as items I may have forgot, thanks!
