What would be your pick for 9 nights in Central Europe?

Assuming you have to be in Krakow at the end of the 9th night because your flight back is from there.

I'm planning a trip and I can arrive in either Budapest, Vienna, or Prague (Or any other nearby city with direct flights from LHR).

I was currently planning 5 nights in Budapest then 4 nights in Krakow, but I feel like I'm spending too much time in each city when I could be getting to see more.
