Hi, My girlfriend and I are going to fly to Punta Cana tomorrow and it says we need a digital entry form to enter but it seems the website is down or not working. Will there be a physical form paper we can fill out on the plane or do they only do digital entry forms now? Here’s the link if you want to try it doesn’t work on any device or browser for me though and we don’t know what to do.
