Visiting Portland,Jamaica, January 6-15th of next year, just to start my year off relaxing after a year of hard work lol, I don’t want to jam pack things into this trip, just relax and experience what Portland is. Accommodation is along Swift River, and I’m visiting the mountains and rafting as well. My budget is 1700, my accommodation is $250, flight $500 so I have about $1000 more to work with.
What are restrictions like?
How do I hire a private driver or get around as safe and secondly, cheap as possible?
What is transportation from Kingston airport like?
