i know this may be silly, i did try to google it before asking here but couldn't find an answer.
i'm applying for my passport, and both the city i live in and my spouses name have more letters in them than allowed by the online form and the paper form.
what do i do? i assume if i write it outside of the boxes on the form it will be invalid, and if i leave out letters/spaces on the online form it will not process correctly.
i live in the city of colorado springs, i thought about abbreviating it to CO springs but i'm not sure if that is allowed
