All of a sudden my GE account not being recognized by kiosk
Went through immigration in Newark this morning, and tried 2 different GE kiosks but neither of them worked / recognized my face. One of them actually seemed to start working, it took me to the 3rd step which is fingerprints, but then got stuck again.
I talked to the global entry lady at the booth and she said everything was good with my card/ account, and my photo seemed ok.
Any ideas on what could’ve caused this? Are some airports just “worse” or have a more convoluted GE experience? In the past, I’ve never even had to input my fingerprints, all I did was do the facial recognition and it immediately printed out my slip
