How does this look for an itinerary to Europe?

I'm coming from the US and planning a trip to Europe with my wife in Fall 2023. This is what we're thinking:

Day 1: travel from US to Florence (probably via Rome/train)

Day 2/3/4: Day of Museums/sites, Tuscany wine day tour, recovery/whatever day.

Day 5: Travel to Munich (rail or plane?)

Day 6/7/8: Bavaria countryside day tour, sight seeing, recovery/whatever day.

Day 9: Travel to Prague (rail)

Day 10/11/12: Sightseeing around the city, food, drinks, whatever, recovery

Day 13: Travel back home
