I’m debating where in Europe to travel during the upcoming winter and summer. Currently, I’m thinking of either Italy or France for the summer and am unsure of where to go in the winter, though Germany, Austria, and Czechia have crossed my mind.
I’ve never been to Italy and am considering traveling there in the summer. Part of my family is native to Napoli so it would be nice to visit there, however I was also considering going to Milan and taking a train to Venice. Is there any specific place in Italy you recommend traveling to? I plan on returning many times so feel free to enlighten me on every place you believe is worthwhile.
With France, I am not interested in Paris. I am open to anything from a small village to a larger city, just not Paris. I also speak French, if that matters in terms of where to go.
Other than what I’ve listed above, is there any place you recommend visiting? I’m open to anything.
