I started my Europe trip a month ago and I lost my phone in Belgium. Therefore I bought a new one to replace my lost phone in the Apple Store of Amsterdam. The staff told me that I could get a tax refund at my final destination before leaving the EU.
Tomorrow I will leave the EU from Germany. Can I still get the stamp from the custom for the tax refund if my phone is used? Given that it was bought in the EU and I did not stay here for long. Thank you very much
