I am a Us Citizen in Guatemala, can I leave the country with just an american passport and a Guatemalan Renap after living here 3 years??

I was born in the Us and came to Guatemala with my parents when I was 14, I am now 17 about to be 18 in September. My grandma already bought the plane tickets for us to leave to the Us in August. My question is since I don’t have a Guatemalan passport just a Guatemala Birth Certificate (Renap) can I still leave to the Us without paying an overstay fine??
