Long story short I got a ticket for 60€ in Frankfurt (24th of November). I emailed them asking how to pay since I do live in Germany (from US). I email them in November and December and got an automated response. Saying the fine was suspended until they would answer back. No response until today (February 18th) I got a letter dating back 24th of January saying the fine is 65€. Then the only email received came today from Germany from a lawyer saying the fine is 113€ ... I didn't hear shit from them until now.
1). I have evidence of this that I can present them. Can I reduce the fine back to 60€?
2). Can they stop me at a German airport for this?
