I just took the Regiojet train from Prague to Vienna and I wanted to share a tip as it was a bit frustrating for me.
There unfortunately isn`t an information desk (that I was able to find anyways) and people I asked tried to help but couldn`t really tell me where to go. The station in Prague has North, South and Central Platforms and the display only shows which platform at which it is arriving about 10 minutes before arrival so be prepared to move quickly. The Regiojet platform on google maps (I think 1S) was NOT where it arrived (I think 3S).
The train itself was comfortable, the business class ticket cost 36 Euros for a large seat in a cabin of 4 chairs. This included some drinks and snacks and the Wi-Fi worked for about half of the 4 hour journey. Overall I would recommend it as long as you can find it.
