Hi everyone,
I am a Canadian citizen that just recently got my American citizenship. I applied for citizenship at the end of November 2022, and did not expect to have things so expedited - I did my citizenship ceremony just last week (April 2023).
The problem is that we have a family trip coming up in Canada planned for over a year now at the end of May, and I never expected to have my US citizenship before this trip. I have my Canadian passport, but I am not sure if I can get my US passport in time as the passport offices around me seem to be super backed up.
Would it be an issue if I entered the US again on my Canadian passport? I obviously do not have my Green Card anymore as that was taken at the ceremony.
