I had award tickets from United on 3 different reservations. They flat cancelled a flight, then wouldn't allow any changes on their replacement, as "it wasn't our ticket". To add insult to injury, the seats that I paid to have assigned 6 months were refunded, and then I was told it was DOUBLE to rebuy the same seat assignments. No email confirmations either. Double and triple check your tickets folks. Check in on them every week.
