I feel like we have all done this before. We have seen a title, a trailer, a poster, or a description of a movie and just looked at it and went "Nahhhhh" and moved on. I made that mistake with Klaus. I had ignored it since it popped up as a movie on Netflix until last night when I was bored after my classes ended, relaxing and eating pizza, and I was looking for something to watch.
I have to admit that Klaus surprised me. I haven't had a movie feel so good to watch in a long time. Most movies have been crap lately with most of them feeling as if they are more focused on the explosion than the story. Klaus changed that to the point where I was smiling by the end of it and only wanting more.
Normally, I barely ever comment on Reddit because I am always late to the comment party or get some nasty comments, but I felt like I should share this movie because it has something for everyone to watch and enjoy. It just felt good to watch for me, that's all I can really say about it. It's definitely a movie I will be sharing with my family over Christmas.
Sorry for the long post and I hope you have a good week/end!
Edit: I did not include the trailer because I don't want anything to be spoiled before going in. Watch it without the trailer if you can!
