Street Backpacking Europe Itinerary

My friends and I (5 in total) are graduating college this May and are planning a 7 week trip to Europe. I've drafted up an itinerary that hits 18 cities and hoped to get some feedback.

Questions:

Overall, does this trip look feasible or am I packing too many cities in?

We plan on training between the nearby cities, so should we get the Eurail pass or just buy tickets on the go?

I'm seeing similar rates between AirBnb and hostels, should we do a mix of both?

Itinerary:
