Title is pretty self-explanatory. But I’m trying to plan a trip to Cancún with a group of my friends. I’m the youngest so all my friends are all 18-19 so they are not considered minors. But I am, I know if you’re a permanent resident of the US you don’t need to get a visa to Mexico. But I’m pretty confused on requirements for minors traveling internationally. It seems the letter of consents that I looked up are for US citizens but I’m not that. And does a notary or anything need to sign it??
