received a letter on the mail from the US department of state saying "The identification you provided is not sufficient for passport purposes" telling me I have to mail them documents of birth or early childhood to at least one year before I turned 18. Does anyone know what caused this? This is my first time applying to a passport and I'm 18. They have my birth certificate.
