Greyhound w/ Crutches? (Post-Sugery)

Wondering if anyone knows how accessible Greyhound would be for a 6 hour trip? I had knee surgery a couple of weeks ago and am cleared to travel, but am worried about legroom.

I know they have seating in the front for folks with disabilities but I can't find measurements.
