I plan on arriving in Madrid on the 20th (probably late afternoon or evening) and departing from Barcelona on the 3rd early in the morning. I'm trying to figure out how to best proportion my time, with Madrid and Barcelona taking up the bulk of the time.
How about something like 5 days in Madrid, 2 in Valencia, and 4 in Barcelona? For the 5 days in Madrid, I am allocating 2 days for day trips (one to Toledo, and one to some TBA place).
