If I book and pay for a rental car through my credit card company (capital one) will I owe anything at the pickup counter?

I’m autistic and I haven’t rented a car before. I’m in the USA. I’m aware they will try to sell me travel insurance or something and that this is already covered through my credit card company. I’m just not sure if there will be any additional holds placed on my credit card or anything like that, or any other charges I should expect from the rental agency. It’s Fox Rent A Car if it matters. I am aware that I should bring it back to the lot filled with gas. Thank you.
