I’m currently planning a trip for my family of 5 to Kenya next year. Does anyone know if typical insurance policies will cover things like missed safari due to a child falling sick?
Say for example my stepdaughter has a stomach bug, so can’t go on the safari that is already booked and paid for as part of our package and my partner has to stay with her. No hospitalisation involved, but a Dr will have seen her.
I know I’m being quite specific, but something we’re concerned about with such an expensive trip.
