[Porto] Details about Leça da Palmeira beach?

Hi, I'd like to visit a beach while I am in Portugal. I read about "Leça da Palmeira", not far from Porto. It looks awesome! I don't know the 'logistics' compared to American beaches.

Are there bathrooms?

Are there lockers to put my wallet/phone in?

Obviously I would never put my wallet/phone on a beach chair.
